We are here to help – get in touch anytime.
At our school, we believe strong communication builds strong partnerships. Whether you’re a current parent, a prospective family, or a member of the wider community, we operate an open-door policy and warmly welcome your questions, feedback, or concerns.
We encourage you to reach out before problems arise — we’re here to listen, support, and work together to ensure the best outcomes for every child. You can contact us through your Arbor App by phone, by email, or by popping into the school office. Let’s keep the conversation going.
Contact with Class Teachers
The first point of contact should either be your child’s class teacher. Parents may approach the Class Teacher to discuss any concerns or share news and information about their child/ren, please try to arrange to meet with them at the end of the day when the teacher will have more time.
Contact with Special Education Needs Coordinator
If, after speaking with the Class Teacher, you would like to discuss a SEND concern with our SENCO, please contact the school office to arrange an appointment during one of our SEN Surgeries.
